I am so happy today,
i weigh myself on the weighing machine again! :)
i just lost 3.5kgs! Got to try harder to lose a few more kgs,
DO NOT ENCOURAGE ME TO EAT MORE!
as i am on a serious mission! :)
so what i do is,
skip a meal and take a meal a day,
it may not work for you, but it totally works on me :)
just that sometimes baby tempt me to eat!
*drools*
anyway if you are in Penang and wanting to eat Japenese food,
head to NIPPON YATAIMURA! :)

order this!
i don't remember the same of this,
but you will see a small labels of 3 chillis,
go for Level 4 or above! *yummmmyyy*
